The quizzes  I enjoyed taking were on" Iemily "and" Young Womens Health "they taught me a lot about myself. And taught me I should make healthier choices in order to live a healthier lifestyle.Diabetes is mellitus,often called diabetes, is a condition that makes it hard for the body to control the level of glucose in the blood. which means it is hard for the body to convert food into energy that the body needs to work.Glucose is main sugar in the body.Asthma is a ling disease that causes repeated bouts of wheezing,shortness of breath,chest tightness, and coughing, especially at night or early morning.A person with asthma has difficulty breathing because  of inflammation and narrowing of the airways. Asthma is one of the most common long-term  diseases.

Assignment#3

HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus and AIDS stand for Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome. HIV is transmitted by sexual contact with an infected person,sharing needles and or syringes, mosquitos could also spread the infection.The actions you can take to help prevent the spread of HIV and AIDS is get tested for HIV,practice safe methods to prevent HIV,decide not to engage in high risk behaviors,talk about HIV prevention with family , friends, and colleagues, provide support to those who living with HIV/AIDS. So therefore everyone should be more careful and use protection to avoid this deadly disease.

Assignment#2

Today I read Cosmo Girl Quiz Book. I took many of the  quizes in the book to find out information about myself. I predicted  the book was going to be about quizzes to get to know myself.My prediction was right because it was exactly about what I thought.The information I am going to share with my classmates is several quizzes I took which were  about" How Motivated I am"? and "How Fun Are You"? yourself there were a few more that were interesting but I choose theses two.I choose this information to share with my peers because is something we can relate to and would like to know about ourselves. I am more interested in learning about topics that we all go through about everyday life.
